Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. In case of a defective product, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

All ISEM products are shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. Shipping is available across Albania and internationally. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the package is dispatched.
